Year One (1); How many sides to a triangle?

Today's Tip – Year One (1); How many sides to a triangle? -

5, there are five sides to every triangle. How? You have the initial three sides you choose to see and then the front and back. That equals five sides. Each side represents stability in success. Your first side; The Front is set there to keep reminding of its importance. Side One; Treat your life as a business! Live in the black while staying away from the red margins. If you own a company and you want to be successful, why not for your life? You own that.

Then, you have sides two, three, and four. Side Two; 3 needs of success; Network, Market, and Practice. The basic fundamentals for success are in growing relations, getting your brand out there and practicing your talent. Side Three; 3 needs of purpose; Security, Growth, and Dream. Protecting yourself financially while investing money to secure your dream. Side Four; 3 needs of longevity; Entrepreneur, Manager, and Talent. The money, organizer and you.

And holding it all up is the fifth side. The backside. On your body, your back is very important. When working out they say it starts with your back. If you can hold more weight with your back's strength everything else is fairly easy. So what holds everything up? Side Five; 8 Assets; Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Intellectual Properties, Real Estate, Businesses, I.O.U.'s, Commodity. Invest into these assets to secure your ever growing future to success!

Year One (1); Market, who are you and what do you have

Today's Tip – Year One (1); Market, who are you and what do you have -

“This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine.” And so as it is, Marketing is also one of your many weapons of success. There are many who market, but your marketing must be your own. It will have your branding, it will have your voice, it will have an image all its own. As with Networking, marketing is a valuable tool in your arsenal when it comes to making things happen.

Marketing your brand is more important than telling a person about your show, your new invention, book. When you create such a draw for your brand, then your bi-products will sellout. Whatever you are selling, people will want one if they truly love your brand. Geico sells insurance. Though, how many of you remember the caveman commercials they have and now their little mascot? Everyone of you. Geico is selling an image.

Once you believe in that image, Geico lets you know about their bi-product. You know, that insurance they sell. They have all kinds of insurance; Life, Car, House. And yet they are selling their brand over insurance first. Their brand sells the most important thing for Geico to survive, succeed and continue to grow: They sell their product which is their brand. Refocus your marketing strategy to incorporate your branding. Look into other companies for examples.

Year One (1); Network, talk a little here and there

Today's Tip – Year One (1); Network, talk a little here and there -

There are a few definitions on what Networking is. Here are two that will help you focus this need for success. 1) a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest. 2) Cultivating relationships with individuals. Through building these strong relationships we create doorways to bridges, bridges to other lands, and lands to find outlets to promote yourself.

How can a person stay on top if no one is holding them up? The idea is utilize people. Using people can create negativity. Where-as, helping people can create possibilities! Working together will stabilize your ground, help lift those heavy gates, and fight off armies far greater than yours. Victories are won in numbers, so why would your victory in success be any different than a war? Even in peace, we can get more done with help.

For fun start building a house by yourself. When you become exhausted ask your friends and family to help. When it becomes evident on how much longer you can go with a group of people then start asking random strangers to help you. You'll find that it is much easier to build a house (succeed) with people you are friendly with then those you barely know. How do we turn a person we barely know into a friend? Through networking utilizing the terms above.

Year One (1); Budget your time & money

Today's Tip – Year One (1); Budget your time & money -

One of the top important aspects of success, Budgeting your time & money. Time comes around once and vanishes. It is literally a priceless commodity that can never be replaced. Our time, as humans, is worth an incalculable number. Sometimes people place a value on that time. What is yours? $9 an hour? $23 an hour? $200 an hour? The truth is, you are worth billions an hour for your time. You have a skill, it is in you, even if you have not found it yet.

Money, now money comes and goes. It, being our currency almost has no value since it can be here one day and gone the next. Money is different from wealth. Wealth by definition is an abundance of cash, assets, land, etc in a person(s) possession. Think of wealth in another sense of the word. Wealth is the amount of time you can go without ever working to earn more wealth.

If you work hourly to gain money to survive, then you are not wealthy. You are recouping money. To trade your time for money over earning wealth, which gains you financial freedom, is like trading a priceless commodity for the value of money. Learn to budget your money into wealth through investments so you can have your personal time back. Think of your skill to budget money as a trade off to buy back freedom of time.

Services; Marketing (PR – Public Relations)

Today's Tip – Services; Marketing (PR – Public Relations)

How does a client get noticed? That's where a PR Firm comes into play. What is PR? Public relations (PR) is the practice of managing the flow of information between an individual or an organization and the public. Public relations provides an organization or individual exposure to their audiences using topics of public interest and news items that do not require direct payment. The aim of public relations by a company often is to persuade the public, investors, partners, employees, and other stakeholders to maintain a certain point of view about it, its leadership, products, or of political decisions. Common activities include speaking at conferences, winning industry awards, working with the press, and employee communication.

One client we have been working with is www.JoePontillo.com who has hired our firm to push his name through the media. Getting some exposure using newspapers, magazines, etc. Over the last month we have placed his information into certain avenues. Most a stand-up comedian, he also has done commercials for NY weather channels, episodic web series, and written scripts.

The idea is to get your information in front of as many eyes as possible. Both quickly and constantly. Through having representation you gain a sense of value. Calling these people up on your own is one thing, though having a group of people who have already grown a relationship with these outlets is another. Let yourself concentrate on your talent, your craft, your company and give other people the power to promote that brand. It will help in the long run.

Services; Marketing (7P's of Marketing)

Today's Tip – Services; Marketing (7P's of Marketing)

What is marketing? Since your brand should be handled like a product. A great way to look at marketing is “Product Marketing” which deals with the "7P"'s of marketing; Product, Pricing, Place, Promotion, Packaging, Positioning & People. You must have a product. That product is your brand. Or otherwise known as your company's name. Pricing, what is the charge for your product? Placement, getting the item into “Markets” (Areas of sales / zones / etc.), Promotion is combined with “Advertisement” and “Exposure”. Packaging, this is the look of your brand. Positioning, where your brand stands best to be seen (Direction / location). And finally people. Without people you are the greatest invention in the world hiding in a whole where no one knows you exist! People help you get it out there!

How can www.BBRProductions.com help with marketing? How our blogs are guides, we are the tools to accomplishing those needed tasks. We teach our clients how to market so they can continue making use of our time and their money. We take on the 7P's of Marketing. We have always said to research, research, research!!! What has our company done, is doing and will be doing? Think about our clients past and present... and future. Look into what they have done with our assistance. Ideally we say come in and have a nice meeting with us. Let us talk with you about what your personal needs are. Starting with your S.M.A.R.T. Goals, then your budget, then your dream! There is never harm in time spent on knowledge. Learn what you should, could, or would be doing if you had the direction.

Everyone has a dream; not everyone has direction. We all want something of ourselves there is no question of that. In fact, most people have a great talent, skill, dream, etc. Where to start though? Being the dream is one thing, owning that dream is another. As we've worked with talented people over our company's life there is one thing that stands out. People are truly passionate about what they believe in. Who they are, want to be, and even where they would like to see themselves. Some clients love music more than anything and want their band to be the biggest band there is. With life, like life, there are always more than three sides to any venture. When it comes to a successful business venture; such as a band, or business, or personal goal. One must realize the triangle of success.

The Entrepreneur (The money person)
The Talent (The skill / craft / idea)
The Manager (The Direction)

Let us help you with the direction!
